Pizza is my preferred source of carbs, you can easily cook it with the push of a button.

Use flours of different grains and pulses to get a better range of amino acids and tastes.
Make every carbohydrate you eat come from these, or from fresh fruit.

I love my rice cooker. I got one with a steam basket so I can steam veggies with my rice for that sweet sweet dietary fiber. Also I am using it to make a giant pancake right now.
