So unlike most burgers I'm underweight and malnurished (5'11", 120 lb). How can someone gain weight with cheap, nutrient dense meals that are easy to prepare?

Although I don't think it mentions what worked for me best - so I'll recommend mass gainers.

Remember that they're supplements and not substitutes for a proper diet. Just have a scoop of this plus milk at the end of every day and you've got an extra ~750 kcals with a decent carb/protein balance.

Yes as it is a strength program focusing on the main compound lifts( squat,bench, deadlift etc). Adding other workouts will reduce the gains in strength from those. The exercises in the book are more then enough.

Yes, starting strength is 6 exercises:

Squat
Overhead Press
Deadlift
Bench Press
Power Cleans
Chin-ups

To start, you should do:

Squat 3x5
OHP/Bench 3x5 (alternating)
Deadlift 1x5

Three days a week.

Once you are confident in the deadlift, add power cleans. Also, add chin-ups after a few weeks.

The book goes into great detail. I recommend reading the full thing.

I've done a cycle of just LGD and the gains are decent, but the suppression isn't worth it IMO. I had an AI and DAA everyday and it helped but honestly the suppression pushed me to just cycle test and I would never go back to running a sarm by itself.

I was in auschwitz mode when I first started but I was able to deadlift 1 plate the first day I deadlifted. Took me like 2 months after that to get to 2pl8 though. Keep at it.

As for well being, caffeine has some benefits, also high quality teas (such as Gyokuro) have a higher amount of L-Theanine, which can by itself calm you down, and in tea it counteracts the anxiety inducing effect of caffeine without making you sleepy.

I think black tea also has a higher amount of L-Theanine.
