Is it normal that im hiding the fact that im lifting?
No one knows, i told none of my friends, im never in short sleeves infront of anyone.
Started 5 months ago when it got colder and i got pretty fit and im actually quite happy anout my body. Only my parents know and i get pissed when they mention it infornt of family friends. When people ask me where i was i tell them its not important.
Im not looking forward to summer season because everyone will ask me about it because i was a skinny lanket and everyone knows me as one.
Im guessing at least someone else experienced this too, because im always very secretive and private about everything and im lifting for myself alone, just wanna be happy with my body for once and not be self concious and insecure of it.

Can't lose weight anymore, been stuck here for months eating around 1600 calories and working out 5x a week.

You guys remember when this girl was close to being banned a few months ago because she was too thin, and yet a guy like him can be as fat as fucking Jabba the Hutt and nobody gives a shit.

Why is this /fit? I mean both are equally unhealthy, the only difference is that one is acceptable while the other isn't. This really grinds my gears. My honest opinion though is that it's because the majority of guys who like this guy are probably major class fatties like him, who are too stupid to not notice the rank hypocrisy in calling a girl dangerously skinny, but not a guy dangerously fat. Why is the world so messed up /fit?

assuming you are eating the same amount of calories in these 2 hypothetical situations:

-a man is doing a full body routine

-a man is solely working one muscle group (shoulders)

will there be a difference in the amount of muscle growth in size+strength for shoulders in these different situations?

the reason I ask is because I often isolate calves and forearms - and of course my body uses energy to repair these muscles after I've worked them. will this mean I'm sacrificing speed of gains for the more important muscles?

incase I'm not articulating myself well enough- would I make gains faster if I only worked one muscle group instead of all of them?
