Should you do warm up sets for every exercise you make (in my case, Stronglifts 5x5)?
During deadlift, how long should I hold the bar before putting it down?
I was also holding for 2 seconds during squat but I found out these are pause squats and not normal squats.

I meant to say I'd hold in low position before going up for 2 seconds.

Yes

1-2 seconds

Yeah, warm up for each movement. Squat warmup doesn't do much for you shoulders when you got to OHP after all.
During DL just lock out the rep then return it to the floor. Or drop it if you're a fag. It's not a bad idea to hold the last rep as long as you can to build grip strength though.
Yes. I use a warmup cycle thus:
2x5 bar only (skip these for deadlifts)
1x5 40% working weight (2x5 for deads)
1x3 60%
1x2 80%
1x2 90%
wait two minutes
do my work sets

It's a legit contraction faggit.

Controlled descent, explode up for squats. Deadlift, however long it takes you to get shoulders back (i.e. proper lockout). Bench press, you want to hold for about a 3 count to simulate a press command, also eliminates possibility of heaving and thus requires more muscular recruitment if you are interested in bodybuilding.
