Does she want to be able to bench a lot? If not, just have her do some dumbell presses and cable flies. That'll help accentuate that hourglass look. That would also be enough to probably keep her perkier.

For women especially they usually want a specific kind of body and chest usually isn't a priority, so they just need to do enough to balance out their back so they don't get shoulder issues from a tight back and weak front.

Like the other anon said. Have her do minimal chest work in order to keep her back and chest strength balanced. I'm currently doing a strong lifts intermittent fasting program. I'm fuckly ugly as shit but strong and work as a professional wrestler so here's a gauge to assess what you do for your girl

Your pecs contract as a whole. You can slightly emphasize lower or upper, but it basically does barely anything at all. Just make them grow. Genetics is way more important when it comes to how the pecs fill out.

Incline is more useful for woman because only the upper chest is visible for women.
