Are deadlifts even needed for bodybuilding ?

Cons-
>hard
>bad for lower back even with perect form
>not a great mass builder despite myths
>extremely draining so detremental to other direct mass building lifts (like barbell row for back)

I think the deadlift will go the way of bench soon, as in, people will see they have benefits as a lift, but will stop doing it as much because there's better mass builders if you aren't lifting for strength.

Is it easier for a short guy to lift heavy weights or the other way round? I thought it was easier for the tall guy, because he can pack on more muscle, but my friends says that the shorter guy have an advantage because of range of motion and shit. What about aesthetics?

Plumbers, electricians, and construction aren't going to be replaced by robots in this lifetime. You might have some competition with cheap labor, but the desire for high quality trade workers isn't going to disappear anytime soon.

I do about 5 minutes at the end of my weight sessions and it finished me off completely.

I have to vary the steps - incorporating most of the first 10 in that video - otherwise I lose focus and fuck up but wouldn't say they're tricks. Actual tricks might be useful if fishing for mires, but actually learning them would just be too embarrassing.
