They do but its more rare than anything else. The fact of the matter is its culture. In places like south korea and japan girls don't look up to big guys who are strong but look up to gamers and k/j-pop stars. In places like china its a lot different to be a male. Its kinda what being a female is like in the west. So when you come to a place where the most looked after guys are chads, it becomes a culture clash which obviously the majority will win.

Its all about consistency. Cheating and caving in once a week or so wont affect you too much if the other 6 days are solid.
I like working out and working hard to get fit, but that doesnt mean i have to hate life and never indulge from time to time. You'll be fine.

I run for 10 to 15 minutes before lifting to warm up and sometimes I run another 10 minutes after I'm done

Anything less than 1 hour is wasted time that does basically nothing for your endurance. It takes at least 20 minutes, more like 30 minutes, just to convince your body you're not going to go sit back down on the couch again. 10 to 15 minutes is only useful as a warmup or cooldown prior to doing something else.
Furthermore you have to be consistent and run/ride/row/swim/whatever at least 3 days a week in order to see any actual significant improvement in endurance.

Newbies to endurance-based activity should NOT do HIIT. It is literally the most stressful thing you can do to your cardio-vascular system, and as such you could SEVERELY injure it (i.e you could die) doing HIIT without adequate aerobic conditioning first.
There are no shortcuts to many things. You need to do the requisite work.

The thing is: if you lift BIG weights (think of 2/3/4/5 if you're tall or 1/2/3/4 if you're short) you will look big no matter what your program diet is, and you'll probably won't be bothered by the looks; however, if you're scrawny guy and your goal is only look good, not to have big lifts, there are better ways to reach your goal, that is, by proper dieting and doing lots of volume programs (PHUL, Candito LP, PPL etc). If you opt for the latter, you'll likely won't get to 1/2/3/4 in under two years, but you will look somewhat good in a year tops.
The strength=size meme is getting out of hand. The strength-base for most beginners looking for hypertrophy should be 1pl8 for bench and 2 pl8 for squats/dl, not 1/2/3/4, but something you get in a couple months or so in worst cases scenarios (ie a BASE).
This was well known on early 2010's /fit/, but in the last few years a few SS-victims seem to have spread this meme around.
