Like I said if I found a perfect wife candidate TODAY and got married in 5 years which seems to be pretty much the unbroken norm in my family (aunts, uncles, older cousins etc.) and had 3 kids I'd probably still be nearing 60 by the time the third one left for college.

/fit/, I would like to have some human company and someone to talk to, maybe even someone with whom I can connect and eventually even share my life or at least some aspects of it, basically a gf.
So I thought about getting into online dating since this seems to be more assburger friendly because I can still sit at home while chatting and test commong ground, and if everything turns to shit I can just leave the conversation (or if the heatenings overwhelm me).
