I have a PT test for a Police Department coming up Thursday the 18th. I'm a 29 year old dude whos been lifting and doing jiu-jitsu most of my life. I need some advice in order to maximize my chances of crushing this test. These are the standards I have to meet:
29 Push ups
38 Bent knee sit ups in 1 minute or less
1.5 mile run in 12:38 or less
The push ups are no problem whatsoever. I can drop and do 40-50 no problem. The sit ups I am just BARELY passing. I can do sets of 60 or so sit ups no problem but doing it in 1 minute or less is a problem. My form goes to shit and I feel like I am just throwing myself around.
The 1.5 mile run I also just BARELY made. I ran it yesterday and did it in 12:19.
I am scared /fit. How can I train my weak points to dominate this test before the 18th?

It's an evolutionary trait. Fat people were/are disadvantageous to the tribe.

Therefore, since men instinctively know that fat people are less likely to breed, they instinctively know that fat people are an unnecessary burden on society.
The breeding hierarchy lies at the root of men's desire for competition. Competition is the means to prove oneself fitness for breeding. A fat person offers no competition/there is no perceived victory drawn from beating a fat person - to celebrate one is to demean oneself.
All of these factors and more lie at the root of normal healthy male disgust for fat people.

the thing about gear is that even on a caloric deficit you cant really LOSE weight because it takes even the most petty of foods and turns them into pure muscle. you will shit less on gear. it simply turns to muscle.

I walk like 20km or more a day, it helps I am at where the point where if I would just train abs more than like twice a month they would probably begin to show quite clearly.

I really don't see the point of constantly counting calories and wasting my time exercising.
I tried prepping meals for a few days in advance and spent hours cooking and counting, the entire day wasted, then I still had a workout to do and realized how much of a waste of time /fit/ is.
I still have plenty of sex, and I'm 6'2'' and 300 pounds, I still order out, I enjoy life, I'm not some loser who types himself as "chad" or "alpha", how much of an inferiority complex do you guys have?

Following a simple daily calisthenics routine like 5bx, or simple fit, or convict conditioning.
Daily walks 20min - 1hour long walks.
Cutting out snacking on bad foods.
Make sure at least two of your daily meals are healthy or skip that meal.
Sleep 8 hours
Drink up to a gallon a day.
Once you're in the 10-15% bodyfat range as a man and 22-27% bodyfat range as a woman you're good. You can do basic maintenance stay more active and just watch what you eat for the rest of your life.
