i'm looking to build a glass and steel panel wall/divider. indoors, no door. pic related it's roughly the look i'm aiming for. i'm having a hard time finding tutorial or any other information online. only contractors that quote me anything between 2000 and 5000 urodollars for a couple of m2. do you have any experience with comparable projects? a headsup on what shape of extruded metal i should use, etc?

Hello, I'm looking to make my own car bumper stickers.
I want to make them like the ones in the image.
How do I go about that? Someone had suggested getting a plotter and someone said a vinyl cutter, I looked into them, but those seem to only cut a vinyl in the shape of a vector, so it would work for images that are only one color, but I don't think/know if they'll work for bumper stickers like the one in the image.
I use CorelDRAW for most of my vector art, and then just export as a PNG and print on sticker paper from my home printer but I'm looking to make 25-50 of each design to sell at a con in a month or so and would kill my printer.

I have a shitty rental house. Buddy deal renting it because it is such shit it isn't even worth renting. Buddy living in camper. Hapily moves in and pays most of the mortgage. Bro gets a better job and our goal of making his house a rental cabin gets a little help. Figure he will hang out a year or 2 and buy a house. In the meantime we will fix up his place while he has cheap af rents to care for it and work with our improvements. To my knowledge we are on the same page. Is an ex roomate and lifelong bro so there is a lot of trust and transparency.
Which leads me to this shit. The kitchen floor is bare plywood and sucks. And the other 2 small rooms of carpet are shit. Gave him the option of new lenolium and carpet for higher rent or leave it be. He said he didnt care. Cheap rent is cool but so is new carpet ina shithole. Wife wants to fix it.
My delema is the fridge. To get it in the house i had to take off the doors, door brackets, doors on the house, and the door frame itself...

So I'm making a six layer sphere out of gores like in pic. Each layer has to be a bit larger than the last because of the thickness of each layer(2mm). How can I figure out how much larger each layer needs to be? I'm sure it's an easy thing figure out, but I'm mathtarded. If I'm not explaining the question clearly, ask me what I'm trying to say.
Simply, If I make a 1000mm circumference sphere, how much larger would I need to make a layer to cover it in 2mm material? 1002mm? 1004mm? I don't know.

Short story short, fell a rainwater barrel on my big toe when I was emptying before the winter. Hit it hard, was all black and stuff, but not hard enough to lose it right away.
Pic related just happent (did my best to clean the gross stuff) it feels super awkward and hurts a bit so I want to superglue it back, the nails have some overlap, about 2mm, so I think it could work. Fits back perfectly. My question is:
Is superglue safe for the skin long term or will it burn/melt the shit out of my nailbed?

If op can find something that is similar off rack he can copy it. Biggest issue with clothing is that the fit isn't right. You can tailor the pattern though to fit you properly.

I'm an engineer and want to do handy man work on the side part time for some extra cash, how should I go about this? I don't have any handyman experience. I could do some work for free/ volunteer to get experience, but I feel like that would make me a total cuck. So I'd rather not do it that way. Problem is, why should anyone pay me to fix something around there house if I don't have prior handyman experience?

If it's for important structural shit, it's not worth it. If it's more for decorative shit you can always test out a small sample by mixing it with water in the correct ratio and waiting to see if the cement will still give you an exothermic reaction, then set and cure properly. You really never know with the old bags. A tiny bit of humidity can get in there and ruin it very slowly over many years and it looks perfectly normal dry, but since the silicates are chemically spent you get a shit ass reaction and it won't bond together well. So yeah, maybe. Test it out first. Don't just use it for a projerct. It might still be good, it might not be. Safe bet is always a newer bag.

DIY virgin | Auto window roller blind help. Hey all, needing help trying to modify my chain roller blind to an automatic remote controlled one using arduinos and a motor. In the planning process, but don't really know how much torque (don't know shit all) I'll be needing to get the blind back up from its weight. This is my first DIY project and trynna get this done on my own but dont want to buy a motor and have it not be strong enough.

Using a luggage weight from top center of blind extended , read about 2kg but with consideration of anything above the weight I'd say about 2.3kg needs to be lifted.
