I've been sitting motionless trying to remain as silent as possible. My dad is sniffing and typing on Facebook (probable telling his family) and I'm just here feeling like shit. I don't know how to react.

How do I deal with my GF always saying extremely depressing things about herself? Such as being a "waste of space", "nothing matters" etc etc. She has been diagnosed with clinical depression in the past. I know she genuinely feel these things are true at times.. but it happens so frequently that I don't really know how to respond. We are long distance, so I can't exactly be there to comfort her irl. I know she needs to go back to a therapist or psychiatrist, and I feel I need to just straight up tell her this. Is there anything else I can say? For what it's worth.. I'm afraid just telling her she needs to go get help again is going to make her break down and cry. I really love her and just want what's best for her, I just don't want to say the wrong thing, nomsayin.

All you can do is be there for her, to an extent. You're not a trained psychologist and she can't constantly offload to you, it'll bring you down too. Just casually ask her if she's been to see someone recently, if she takes it offensively then all you can do is say that you're trying to help. Every time she says she is worthless, counter it with something you like about her.

I'm basically going to be working from 4:00 PM today until at least 4:00 PM tomorrow, with 6 hours of sleep between shifts. Tomorrow is one of the busiest days of the year, and we're staying open an extra hour tonight. And I don't have any amphetamines whatsoever.
How the fuck do I do this? I know in two hours my life is going to be straight suffering. I need inspiration or something.

Take a couple 5 hour energy shots with you to work.
Do not take one any later than 3 hours before your shift ends.
Go immediately to sleep. No playing with your phone or your computer or anything. All lights off, in bed, nothing else.
Take another couple of shots with you tomorrow and push through.

what and how could i say that i like her, i am interested in her, i could imagine to have a relationship with her and show that i would like to have sex with her in a way she could respond how she feels about me?
she went to my class for the last years and we always had a good understanding for each other (always good vibe, a vibe that i love and doesn't from other people). she knew that in the last couple years i was most of the time sad and depressed and she always asked me how i feel (i don't know if this is a good sign that she cares about me this way because that could mean i am weak or so.)
she's very pretty, hot and intelligent. we're going to meet in a couple weeks (because she's travelling now) to have a cozy time. she knows that i got an interesting view on the world and i'm philosophic (in my own way) but i don't know why she's interesting in meeting me (happy and confused at the same time) but i think it's in a friendly way. a good (female) friend of mine (that knows her pretty good, they go to the theater club in our/now their school together (i'm going to another school next year)) told me she flirts with other guys (you could call them players) but then she is pretty normal to them to let them know they have no chance.
she is open minded and got a open appearance to others that's why many guy are attracted to her (just like to her friends they're similar in that point).
the last boyfriend she had was outwardly pretty much like me a silent, maybe introverted guy, not like the guys she flirts with. they we're about 2-3 years together and broke up about a year ago.

Well, if you have good chemistry, I'd go for it. It seems like she likes you enough to me. Just be sure that if you want to ask her out, it's because you're interested in her, not because you two are the only single ones in your friend group.

What the fuck? Is it normal for the top of your head to be shaped like pic related? I just discovered the phenomenon of "peanut heads" and realized I have this too. What the hell causes this? I looked up pictures and it's always black people with this head shape. Was i dropped on my head when I was a baby? Is it genetic? Do I have some negro ancestry or something? I'm kind of scared that this might effect my brain too. Jesus Christ it would explain a lot of this was some sort of birth defect. Anyone know? Should I tell my doctor about this?

few months ago I bumped into this girls instagram. she lives far away. I had no friends in common I just thought she was beautiful and inspiring. I made a post here and about 30 people said I was creepy and insane. well, I messaged her 2 nights ago. she's really nice and I basically told her how I felt and she didn't get creeped out. I know probably nothing will come from this but I like talking to her so I'm gonna keep talking. Just wanted to let u guys know just in case someone else was in a similar situation as me.
