I know this from personal experience. I've been in a private school all my life up until university. All my friends there were sons of rich people, I'm talking about millions. I'm not rich desu, quite middle class, but they were fun people. We did a lot of things together and they knew stuff. We made strong relationships and in few months we are going to gather and start some cafe shops in our city.

Just go to places where rich people hang, take a good friend with you if you're scared, then proceed to talk to people. Money attracts money so you won't be rejected or stuff
