Private contractors in the web dev industry generally state in a contract that they own all the source until they are paid. That's what I used to do.

If employed by them you cant really take down the site or you could get sued as they own it all.

Have you tried going to their office and knocking on the door ?

I was a NEET from age 17 to 25. I don't recommend it to anyone.

There are no pros. I tried to convince myself I was living the dream since I really liked sleeping and watching cartoons naked and now I could do it all the time but I didn't enjoy any of it after the first year. It only made me more miserable.

I thought of all the cool shit I could do with my time but I couldn't get anything at all done. I always had some excuse to start tomorrow or some shit. Mostly I was just sitting at my computer, browsing forums and feeling terrible about myself. It was the only thing I had the will to do.

Took me around a year to get my shit together and I only did it because I managed to find a girl in a MMORPG and she told me to go to fucking school. Now I am in school and I don't really enjoy it. It's better than lying around doing absolutely nothing but I still skip from time to time since it's simply easier to lie around doing nothing.

It's in my comfort zone, even if it's terrible and shitty and every moment is agonizing. I think that's what the NEET life is all about - never taking a single step out of your comfort zone. In that mindset you won't be able to challenge yourself or learn languages or play the piano or whatever. And if you manage to get out of the comfort zone there's no reason to stay NEET for long so that's an unlikely combo.

I stayed NEET while taking a gap-year between highschool in college, turned out to be the worst decision of my life, because I stayed NEET for another 3 years.

The first year was great, the rest was absolute misery, and now I'm so much worse because of it.

I'm diabetic so diet has been a huge and quite intense part of my life at various stages. I now track my bloodsugars over time with a Freestyle Libre and I keep track of when I work out, when and what I eat, etc. So I can see how food affects my bloodsugars and mood nearly directly.

What I've learned:
* Keto is great for losing weight but not much benefit for 99% of healthy people unless you're very strict with it (and almost everyone on /keto/ forums and shit isn't strict enough for it to matter).
* Carbs should not be the enemy, but refined carbs should.
* White flour and other refined valueless carbs make me feel mentally lethargic and I think they slow down my gut bacteria, haven't seen any studies on this though, so grain of salt
* Never drink calories. Just don't, there's no reason to and you'll soon learn soft drinks taste like shit anyway
* The single key to good diet is: Eat more veg. Anything else is overdoing it. You can try to cut out X Y and Z but you'll usually fail, and simply eating more veg accomplishes this anyway because you're fuller for longer (and for cheaper) and your taste profiles will change over time naturally. * Walnuts always make me feel mentally refreshed the next day. I know they have lots of omega 3 and hardly any omega 6, but I also eat a lot of oily fish so there must be something else in Walnuts that make them exceptional. Haven't read enough to know, but I know they're awesome
* Good diet doesn't matter unless you're working out enough for it to have an affect- This means being fit and active. Good fitness + good diet = good human, simple as.

tl;dr stop TRYING to cut shit out, eat more veg and do it naturally.
