>fat mostly on hips
>don't loose weight no matter how hard i work out ( 2-3 times jogging for 30min per week; full body workout 2 times per week for at least 15 min)
>eat a lot of bread, trying to switch to more vegetables and protein at the moment
Does anyone have an idea how I can loose some weight/ lower bodyfat percentage?

Eat less fatty. Count calories if needed and aim for -500kcal a day. And read the fucking sticky.

Stop eating all sugar, dairy, and gluten.
What exercises would fix his posture?
he has forward head posture and most likely kyphosis as well. his hips might compensate with ATP but it's hard to tell. If i was him i would static hang from a bar or upside down. train posterior hip tilt, and fix forward head posture by standing against a wall and keeping the spine straight against it. You wouldn't really see this posture in the old days unless he worked hunched over in some shop for long hours. This forward head posture and rounded over shoulders is very much a product of our technologically focused society where everyone is hunched over a screen. (I'm not a doctor but i'm a med fag)

Damn good info bro. I've noticed a few actors with forward head. Matthew mccauhnahey (?) Is another

Too long.
Whats he chattin bout?
This guy I know told me he doesnt take scoops after his workout. Are there any other noscoopers here?
>>42255451
Yes but I eat a protein rich meal. I eat a lot of ground turkey and guacamole after workouts which I'd rather have over a shake.
True natty here. No whey, no creatine, no bcaas. I don't think it is necessary for most lifters.
>tfw second day of noscoop. already talking to girls I see in public. set PRs in every lift. can understand what my dog is thinking.

I'd rather spend that money on a steak and charcoal
Does anyone else feel really sleepy for the rest of the day after lifting weights? any reason why this may be? i'm fine after cardio but zonked after a weight session.i usually lift in the morning around 7am.
Any ways to help prevent this? i get on average around 8 hours of sleep but thinking of bumping it up to 9 and seeing how that goes. i'm eating plenty and also taking creatine. are there any other supplements or anything that could help me out?
>>42255446
>use up a bunch of energy lifting weights
>don't have energy the rest of the day
Wow OP this one was a real almond activator
When I was in uni and first started deadlifting I had to go home and take a nap before I could go to class. I guess my body adjusted to the workload over time

What are your thoughts on coffee?
hi, so i want to start 5x5 because it seems like it will save time and hit everything i need to efficiently. that said, la fitness doesn't have 2.5 lb weights. is there a logical way to adjust the 5 lb bump every workout because of this? like a 10 lb bump every other workout? thoughts and advice are greatly appreciated.
>>42255438
you can alternate between increasing reps and weight so do your 5x5 next week 6 or 7 reps per set then go back to 5x5 but with 10lb added
>>42255438
It's probably for the best that your stuck like this. You'll need to truly master the weight you currently lifting, and that requires both strength and endurance. If you can increase your reps and sets during your workout eventually you'll be able to add those 5lbs and start over again.
>>42255438
You can progress with 10lbs a workout for first few workouts (a week or two).
Then either buy your own 5lb weights (quite cheap) or load unilaterally
Is 1/2/3/4 the same as 0.5/1/2/3?
>>42255420
no you can clearly see those are different numbers
>>42255420
Nigger what
>>42255420
I think he meant is ".5/1/2/3 to 1/2/3/4"
as 1/2/3/4 is to 2/3/4/5
How do I go full ottermode /fit/?
Swim.
Fuck this board is dumb.
Lots of swimming and a fairly high protein diet. You'll want to eat fish, and also some other seafoods such as crabs and clams, and also plenty of eggs. In the water, be sure to practice your sculling and free diving in addition to the typical stuff. And try to spend more time in natural bodies of water like rivers and lakes. Don't shave any body hair so you can build up an insulating layer to keep you warm. Let your fingernails grow out a bit so you can use them for digging and prying clams open.
>>42255431
What if I'm a out of shape homo, too self concious to swim?
>Stop deadlifting and focus on rows, chinups etc
Actually make back gains
>Stop barbell benching and focus on dips and dumbell work
Actually makes chest and tricep gains
>Stop focusing on back squats and stick to front squats and leg extension
Start making lower body gains
Really makes you think
Congratulations, you've confused the muscle. Now you'll be good for about two months before you'll have to go back to what you were doing before, because your body gets used to what you're doing and your gains plateau.
>>42255391
i know its a b8 pic but who expects to be anywhere near WSM, olympic WL or roided physiques after a beginner routine
Can anyone provide an anatomical reason as to why the neutral grip press (overhead or flat) is inferior to overhand grip?
It's not, just more anterior delt activation and less overall shoulder
How many days do you guys go to the gym?
I used to go 6 times per week when I was doing PPL
Now I've switched to madcow and I only got 3 days per week and it feels horrible. It feels like I'm just getting weaker, not stronger.
Also there's literally nothing to do.
Switch to alpha destinys program. You'll be glad its only 3 times a week due to intensity of it. Also use those free days to do other things, hiking, swimming or anything. Dont revolve your life on gym
>>42255376
I squat, press, and pull, plus accessories, 6-7 times per week.
would jerking off increase my calorie out? and what would burn more, jacking or my body reproducing semen?
Sex burns more calories
>>42255297
Neither. You should be doing nofap, anon. All the faggots that think they've "debunked" nofap are delusional addicts, don't listen to them. You'll feel a lot better trust me.
>>42255297
>would jerking off increase my calorie out?
Bro, I think getting off your ass and jogging for an hour/liftin' weights is going to do you more good than sitting in your room and beating your meat.
i can't fucking get an accurate measurement of my weight goddammit
how do you force the shit out of your body
fucking cutting ugh
>>42255288
Laxatives and prune juice, you nog.
Eat some fiber you fat fuck
>>42255288
Spinach salad from Subway. Turns my guts into a waterslide. Perfect for cuts. I get one daily when cutting.
Gainz > Comfortable asshole
what's a good dieting regiment to reduce fat for someone who eats like a fucking pig?
>>42255279
Stop eating like a fucking pig.
>>42255279
cyanide
>>42255279
start eating foods that have a high protein/fat low carb ratio, or have a lot of volume per calorie.
lots of volume helps psychologically, lots of protein/fat helps physiologically (in terms of making you feel full/sate the 'eat like a pig' bullshit).
for example, shrimp are fucking awesome (grilled or something, not fried you fucking mongoloid, i know you were thinking it). super high in protein, low in other shit, and you can eat a fuck ton of them for few calories
This general is for the purpose of centralizing female presence in the board,
create a community-based advice/critique/support system built for femanons and by femanons,
where anons are free to participate too.
If this is your first time posting and you'll be asking for advice, please consider doing the following things
to advance your case :
>read the sticky, and explain in what way it hasn't given you the information needed, to justify for
your need to make this post.
>check out the imgur with the lists of books on the topic you're interested in. Read the ones specific
to your problem/question and if you don't find a solution/answer, come ask then.
>post stats that are relevant to what you're asking (height, weight, body fat %, current nutrition plan,
current objective, current exercise regimen,etc...)
>post a recent picture if you're looking for physique advice such as how to isolate a muscle group, or
what to work on given your genetics and proportions, or a body fat % estimate.
>state clearly what it is you're looking for in terms of information, and be as precise as possible.
>try and be concise too, it'll really help other people to not have to sift through unrelated, unasked for
stuff such as your personal life stories, and generally all the fluff we don't need to hear about.
Disclaimer : The sticky is a work in progress. We need as much information we can get. Feel free to post
new content to be added to the dropbox and request links to be added to the pastebin. We are going to need
a FAQ, but I'll leave that to make after a couple threads in, where we have a better idea of the general
enquiries most femanons have.
