Does anyone else feel really sleepy for the rest of the day after lifting weights? any reason why this may be? i'm fine after cardio but zonked after a weight session.i usually lift in the morning around 7am.
Any ways to help prevent this? i get on average around 8 hours of sleep but thinking of bumping it up to 9 and seeing how that goes. i'm eating plenty and also taking creatine. are there any other supplements or anything that could help me out?

When I was in uni and first started deadlifting I had to go home and take a nap before I could go to class. I guess my body adjusted to the workload over time
