Gym is small and crowded frequently, if you live in Athens I would recommend getting a membership at somewhere like the Omni Club instead of using the university gym.
The student population is not very athletic at all, most people are either frat bros or some form of hipster, neither of which cares much about fitness.

Not really sure, only used it for a couple months because parking was bad. You just gotta feel what times are good, it can be a good gym if its not crowded, plenty of squat racks, benches, etc.

I'm 6'2" and about 220 lbs. Trying to lose about 20lbs or so. I tried intermittent fasting for a few days but stopped over the weekend. I felt hungry for two days, but felt amazing by day 3.I plan to start again today. Who's tried it, and how well has it worked for you?
