Not everyone needs to do unconventional movements, especially average bros. Some athletes may benefit from them since they're supposedly less taxing and increase preconception, but other than that they are quite niche.

Oh yeah, program is pretty irrelevant for those not trying to min/max for strength gains at the fastest possible rate.
Diet, effort, consistency and TIME are 100x more important than program/routine. I just wish people would realise this before they get butthurt that whatever trendy beginner routine they found didn't make them aesthetic in 6 months.

people get stuck in the bench squat deadlift mentality and instantly dismiss anything that isnt *most popular*
while it might be sub optimal for you or lead to i jury (case in point, people doing flat bench way too much without even realizing the risks and neglecting posterior side entirely)
