Requesting a bard for an upcoming PF game.

He is a Vishkanya with light green skin and covered with tiny golden scales, patterned not unlike those of a serpent. He is clean shaven and has long, straight, black hair.

He dresses like a fancy pirate with plenty of fancy looking, but fake, jewelry so as to look richer than he is ("gold" and "silver" hair beads, necklaces, bracelets etc). He caries a 3 stringed strumstick which is about 3 feet long to perform with. If you want to draw some geometric wood burned designs onto his strumstick that would be great but otherwise is not necessary.

In our campaign the possession of weapons is illegal so he carries a large ornamental snake "bracelet" on his waist, that actually conceals a hidden rapier folded inside of it. I don't necessarily need him wielding the blade unless you can think of a pose where he is mid drawing it from the sheath, and still showing his strumstick.

Are there any RPGs that allow Fallout 4 levels of weapon customization? As in, takign a ready gun and changing its parts until you've mangled it into death machine doing exactly what you want - changing calibers, semi/full-auto action, weight and balance, etc.
A game granular enough to even differentiate between range and inherent accuracy of the gun, but also factoring in how the weight factors into the aiming, or how shorter barrel makes it easier to use in close quarters etc. It'd be great if it was fun to play, too, I guess.
I wanted to do something like it in Savage Worlds but honestly I dunno about it, there just isn't a lot of fiddle room in those weapons, they're just too simple.

Most RPGs give zero fucks about equipment and concentrate on what the dude can do. In a few levels, your damage comes mostly from your talents and shit, with the equipment's effect being an afterthought.

Uruks are how Orcs in generic fantasy should be like - pissed off yet still pretty disciplined. What spawned this ''Orc = fucking retard'' cliche? Warhammer?

As a side note I really like how their equipment looks like it's brutish yet still practical their helmets are simmilar to sallets and their swords are basically machetes with a spike for armor piercing on the other end which makes for a versatile weapon. The fact that they use pikes and crossbows instead of bum rushing everything like retards is nice too. Such a cool fucking villain race.

Teryn Vahn

Decades ago, Teryn Vahn was the second in command of a group of adventurers/mercenaries that began to accumulate renown. In his youth, he was known as the "Windmill Knight", due to his expertise with two swords. However, his successes made him prideful, and he was quick to look down on the common folk and their ineptness, despite the fact that he was once one of them.

His good fortune was not meant to last. Teryn's party was betrayed from within by a sorceress, who tricked Teryn's brother, the company's leader, into a blood ritual that amplified her strength. The only reason he survived was due to the intervention of a cleric that he had previously scorned.

Teryn spent many years in recovery at a monastery, tending to the windmill and becoming closer to the gods. Now a changed man, Teryn awoke one day to realize that he could still do some good in his life. After fixing a brace to his leg, he took up in his scarred hand a shield with the visage of his refuge and set off.

Is it autistic to want my character to leave the party (effectively rerolling), just because he wont achieve his goals with them/don't agree with the rest of the parties ideals?
Or should I just play till I die, sort of ruining the character I created because he won't really come to fruition

Not at all, switching characters because they don't gel with the party's motivations and goals is the sensible option in this scenario. To add to that if you're not having fun with that character even if they do fit, it's the right move to look at finding a new character.

Talking from experience, having a character stay with the party after it has been made extremely clear that they aren't getting along and will never do, will only lead to either ugly PvP or your character getting completely derailed so he can fit the story. Roll a new one and have some actual fun.

I'm sending my PCs through a hotel warped by a God of Dreams. What sort of bizarre floors and monsters can I throw at them?

A while ago there were a few threads talking about possibly making a Napoleonic style fantasy setting. I got to thinking about it and there was a lot of disagreement in the thread but inspired me to write down a few notes here and there. I cannot find it in the archives so I was not able to include a lot of ideas mentioned.

Some players of mine want me to run a DnD 5e game over winter break so I have a few ideas for a game but this is the campaign setting idea I have in mind.

Only if you'd say there's a correlation to being thirsty and drinking a particular type of drink.

Of course there is a correlation, but it's based on the person, not on the hobby. Some people aren't happy with their lives, and go to drinking, some retreat to fantasy football, some go to their workshops and make things. Tabletop games are usually relatively available these days and are somewhat popular, so it's not hard to see why it is used as a retreat form.

Damn anon, that's a lot of $$$. I'm thinking of picking up 1 or 2, but not sure which bosses to grab. If they had Smough and Ornstien it would be a no brainier, but i'm not overly keen on any of the featured bosses. Maybe i'll just grab the Darkroot expansion...

They're looking for a release somewhere in the first quarter of 2017, but I wouldn't be surprised if they slip into early q2

I considered getting it for the figures, but I don't really get the point of the game itself.

The entire point of Dark Souls is that everything (hitting, damage, range) is fixed so whether you fail or not is entirely down to your skill.
Adding dice and random cards to it feels like it defeats the whole point.

/tg/, how do we make stealth not be reduced to a series of rolls, and instead be more interesting and decision based, rather than just luck-based?

I'm thinking about running a game focused one thieves/heists, so stealth will be one of the major components.
