Well while she is fit i see a few problems. I'm going to be working off the assumption she just kinda gets dropped in.
1. depending on the conditions you set for her entry, which you haven't actually, She starts with pretty much nothing. So, without resources or a support structure, even though she is fit she will probably live in squalor and die
2. She isn't trained in combat. Despite being fit she doesn't know the first thing about how to apply it. So she couldn't turn around and be an adventurer. Maybe she could do hard labor, but that brings me to three
3. Unless everyone is malnourished, many of the men in setting would be stronger than her anyway. And even if she had juiced enough to break her natural upper limits, assuming she can't get roids or maintain a body builders diet she's just going to fade anyway.

An undiscovered psyker could live a normal life, as long as he manages to keep his powers under control. Of course, these powers are notoriously dangerous and hard to control. EVen if you don't actually use your powers your mind is still a shining beacon in the warp, both a tasty morsel and a gateway to the land of tasty morsels for some very scary and very hungry things. Using your powers put you at greater risk, but you're never ever at no risk.
Apart from that either not knowing what the fuck is going on (if you don't know what a psyker is), or knowing that you'll be put down like a rabid dog if your secret gets out will also most likely be a good way to paranoia and depression, especially as various warp entities may try to nibble at your mind.
As a known psyker you'll generally be a social pariah. If you happen to be an inquisitor or some such your talents probably won't add too much to your burden, as your life is pretty different as it is. A space marine librarian even more so, amongst the living weapons you're just a different kind of weapon. But a more common man will find that his psychic talent defines his entire life, as he joins the ranks of the sanctioned psykers.
At this point you're allowed to live because of your potential usefulness, and watched carefully for any sign that you're slipping, or possessed. If someone thinks he sees such a sign, you'll be terminated at the spot. The pressure of that will probably wear down your sanity pretty quickly, if nothing else gets you. Not using your powers isn't an option either here any mroe than not fighting is an option for someone drafted into the guard.
So no, a normal, happy life is an exceedingly unlikely one for a psyker, even compared to people in general in 40k.

D&D's schools are shitty because some are defined by method (Conjuration, Transmutation), others by end result (Abjuration, Illusion), which is how you get schools that can cover vast swathes of actions and some that can barely put their pants on in the morning.
