You can tell it's a Panzer III because they have 6 bogey wheels and Ausf. H because of the shorty 50mm cannon.
At the end, the tank it slams into is a PzKpfw IV Ausf. D.

How important is it in the modern era for soldiers/security personnel to be buff/physically-strong? I don't mean that in a trivial sense - we all know that physiology has an impact on observers, and a jacked military will be feared more on a primal level.

The tendency for modern SOF is to turn away from body building physiques and focus more on "functional fitness". That said a lot of dudes focus less on their cardio and more on getting big even though the command keeps telling them to focus on their cardio.
Realistically speaking the past ten years or so have seen soldiers focus less on long movements and more on short engagements. So more of a focus on power, however long range patrolling seems to be coming back in vogue.
Granted I've got a pretty skewed view of things.

Range finding, hold over/hold under, and adjusting for target horizontal movement by looking at the rate of travel.

Guns ammo, enough food and supplies for 3 days of camping. A couple of light jackets, sweaters, windbreakers are a good idea as the yearly average is around mid-50s during the day in November.
I'm planning to cook dinner Friday and Saturday night, though I still encourage everyone to bring enough food and water for themselves.

Loctite the bead in, fyi. They really like to walk out on the Weatherby shotguns for some reason. You only need to use blue, just to keep it from turning.

Sup /k/. Your 4chan virtual soccer tournament manager here with a couple big updates. I've had board ads up all this week and intended to go through the weekend, but Hiro just nuked self-service ads for some reason. Therefore this is my only direct line to you all.
First big thing and most important is the roster poll, we're updating the team and all the songs, so I'd really appreciate your votes on deciding which we should use. We have about 100 player options that need to be narrowed down to 23 and dozens of songs to sort through. The Autumn Cup is the next tournament /k/ is playing which starts at the end of the month, so we need to get that straight.
The second big thing is pic related. I'm organizing a competition to decide the next team scarf. Like the Cup for all of 4chan, it will be a virtual soccer tournament, but instead of boards across 4chan it will just be /k/ themed teams. Each team will have a scarf design and the winner is the one we'll make a reality. So, if you really want a Rhodesian or Canadian or Outer Heaven team, or a /thg/, /meg/, /arg/ team, or classic /k/ copypasta team, or whatever, feel free to suggest one or a dozen. The Winter War will probably be in December, so we have plenty of time to get things square in terms of logos, uniforms, and sponsor stuff.
