As someone who has bought tens of thousands of rounds of ammo online I want you to know rfesidentail deliveries of ammuniot have been tracked by DHS for I think 5 years. They have been doing it since they passed the law giving UPS and FEDEX a shared monopoly on residential delivery of ammunition.
Take it for what it's worth like I said I buy bulk about every other month. If I had never done it before I wouldn't do it now for just a few rounds.
I can almost guarantee I will be bringing a couple two, three boxes of 6.5. I will know for sure by mid week if you can wait that long. And yes I will be having it shipped to my home but I'm already doomed anyway.

What I ordered was Surplus 26.5mm, with some 12ga "Flashbangs" (blanks) from American Specialty Ammo. 26.5 and 12 adapter from ExoticAmmo.com.

From what I read it's hard to fuck up 37mm stuff. I'd probably trust your judgement when you pick them up since you'd be interacting with the person/company (Cut to my flare launcher exploding and sending me to the hospital)

Helicopters are extremely expensive to operate. Like, to rent one at my flight school is about $400 an hour. And that Helo doesn't have the lifting capabilities to have both the payload and the speed. A helicopter like that would wind up at above $1000/hour, not to mention the maintenance nightmare and ridiculously expensive pilot certification. We simply wouldn't be able to afford it as a small community.

A Cessna 206, like I mentioned, would run at maybe $150-200/hour, and carry 3 people (pilot, medic, patient), equipment, and full fuel at around 150 miles per hour for upwards of 1500 miles.

If you wanted a helicopter like that, you'd have to develop something new because you could have the range, payload, or speed, but not all three.

One Delivery, a scare, and way too much fnangling, I got these adaptors down.

The long one (26.5mm) is too long to put in or take out without taking off the barrel completely.... which entails taking off the entire launcher assembly, which entails a punch and a mallet for one of the pins. UGH.
12 ga adapter (short one) works without that process though, so the blanks I ordered should work easier.
