What would happen if everyone in the military were replaced by women over night?
Would wars cease to exist? Would militaries be better run and more dangerous to the enemy?
>>32383243
massive complaints about lack of female bathrooms and unsuitable gear.
since most grunts are hilarious weaklings I'm confident nothing would change.
they'd tell the same shitty jokes and sit around wasting time.

Wars aren't caused by military personnel
Any recommendations for literature for small unit tactics? A friend of mine, and i have started playing Squad, but really suck at the tactics part, unless we have a proper squadleader.

The stock on my AKM-S does not move. I don't want too force it but I can't seem too get it down. Is there some catch I'm missing or should I use wd40 and would wd40 be okay too use on it?
WD-40 is aggressive piece of shit. Try a drop of 'precision mechanics' oil.
>>32383144
kroil oil on the hinge inside and out. then thump the button with a rubber mallet. work it a few times and rifle will be fine.
>>32383144
even cooking oil or fat, fuck melt some soap and gather the oil from that.
Hey lads,
Looking for good options for a first rifle.
To my dismay, 303's are actually almost always as expensive or more expensive than a factory new rifle (upwards of $1000 for a decent condition 303, $1500 for a great condition one).
I've seen a few Mosin Nagants (91/30, a 91, and a 44) all between $450 and $750, but ammunition is uncommon and quite pricey ($1.20/round).
I'm really not sure what I want, but I know it's not a .22.
Any suggestions? Trying to keep the budget at $1500 or less (including scope + scope rings if necessary).

What do you want to shoot - bunnies, porkers, sambar or just paper?
Have a rummage on (ab)usedguns.com.au until you get some ideas, then go looking at your LocalGunShop
>nuggets are a yank poorfag meme from when they were cheap junkers, you can get a decent sporter for the same cash in a better and more available calibre
>>32383147
Probably 95% range targets.
I'd like to hunt with it, probably anything fox sized or smaller. I think .223 could be decent for that.
I've looked at Howa 1500, and Howa 1500 mini action (though the 1500 seems more available and cheaper).
That's around $600 for a barreled action with stock.
I was thinking another $150 for a bipod, $80 for scope rings, $50 for flip lense covers, and then $250ish for a scope?
Why can't this just be murica where I can just get a $750 AR15 or $200 Mosin Nagant
Poor people, Assemble! And let us discuss budget guns and gear.
M200 series is p.gud, I have one of the full size models and it's good enough for a glovebox gun.

Why do they cover their head when firing mortars? Is it the extreme sound or the possibility of a premature detonation?
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OPYFU4hXDg4
>>32382606
In case of mortar failure.
You don't want to be near a mortar during mortar failure.
>>32382606
>that disgusting shaky cam
Remind me again why everyone likes this trash? You legit cant see shit
>>32382606
They're suppose to be covering their ears as it's loud as fuck to be near a mortar.
And maybe muzzle flash or some shit like that.

I had recently purchased an original Winchester Model 1887 10 Gauge and I have done more research on the types of loads it would originally take. Is it possibly to fire low load modern 10 gauge. Or should I use the original black power.
I was looking here http://www.buffaloarms.com/Black_Powder_Shotgun_Ammo_pr-4273.aspx
Wondering if any here would be okay to use.
It will handle any non-steel modern load.
>>32382310
Is there a certain brand that has this type of load or would you recommend that I do my own loading?
>>32382304
I would not ask here.. Someone on a SASS forum would know.
What happened here? Why did we invade it? Why did we go in without any tanks or aircraft?
Someone TLDR me

What causes this and how can I fix it?

Spread them?

Define 'Jam'
what happens to the gun to make it 'Jam'?
What would be the reaction and consequences if the Russians or Chinese finally produce something like this?
>>32381701
We already know they're producing something like the B-2; China is developing the H-20, which supposedly will be a stealthy flying wing, Russia's developing the PAK-DA, which is a bit unknown, but will likely be a stealthy flying wing as well (unless they go the PAK-FA route and make something more like a B-1B / stealthier Tu-160 / Tu-22).
The H-20 may be unveiled in 2018, the PAK-DA soon after (2020 maybe).
>producing old tech
China has/is already developing better tech than that.
>What would be the reaction be?
Welcome to the 1980s USAF
So, what gun was it, /k/?

clearly a Turkish brand pistol
glawk fo'ty
I'll start:
LGS posted a complete Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.1 (T) Sniper model with all the accessories and the original crate it came in on their site for $1000. I couldn't make it down there that day since I was busy so I decided I would go and check it out tomorrow, but by the next day it was already sold. The gun without the crate is worth at least $3k, and I'm still kicking myself for not going sooner.
>>32381671
50 bucks k31s.
There just wasnt any gp100 ammo around in the states at that time.
smith and wessons 5000 series pistols.
One small point in time they were everywhere and I didn't get any.

Nagant M1895
I got one, kind of late in the game. I wish I would have done it sooner, and gotten more.
A Mosin-Nagant when you could get one for, like, $60 bucks at Big Five.
Just picked this up today. It's the compact model and i paid $499. Tell me things about this gun and/or call me a faggot.
>>32381620
>posting ur serial
i have it, it's p nice i guess. it shoots, dunno what else to say.
>>32381620
I've got one. Doesn't work. Extractor always fails, every shot. Sent it back to the factory twice and the issue STILL persists.
>>32381641
must've got a lemon. because mine has never failed.
