It's definitely a TP9, but probably not a variant we are familiar with in the states (note the stainless, chrome or at least 'in-the-white' barrel). Probably an earlier variant made specifically for governmeny contract. I'm sure their name for it is different.

The Sarsilmaz ST-9 is listed as the most recent service pistol for Turkey per wiki, which is another P99 clone thats quite close but the pictures dont appear to show the front slide serrations. Again, variants.

I'm going with the TP9, since it looks like it has the decocker. Look just in front of the sights, and I'm 99% sure that's the decocker from the Canik
