The stock on my AKM-S does not move. I don't want too force it but I can't seem too get it down. Is there some catch I'm missing or should I use wd40 and would wd40 be okay too use on it?
WD-40 is aggressive piece of shit. Try a drop of 'precision mechanics' oil.

kroil oil on the hinge inside and out. then thump the button with a rubber mallet. work it a few times and rifle will be fine.

even cooking oil or fat, fuck melt some soap and gather the oil from that.

What part(s) won't move?

The underfolding stock
I've tried wd 40 and it has budged slightly but still nowhere near the whole way

At least you asked before you broke something.
I was actually unaware how those underfolder stocks worked (my AK has a side folder triangle stock and the other one has a wood stock), but thanks to this thread, now I know.
So for that, I'm thankful that OP asked here instead of using google because now I know something new. Although this could have been posted in /akg/

I am glad though that you did the smart thing and stop and ask before going ahead and doing something stupid and breaking something... I can only imagine what the comments would have been on here if that were the case
