Lets say it's SHTF/WROL or whatever, how would you go about weaponizing and up armoring something like this? I have a few design goals

>fire resistant (like Molotov cocktails)
>the ability to smash through make shift barricades like burnt out cars and stuff
>the ability to survive a low speed impact to structures, for example a Mosque with a brick facade or something
>the ability to not get fucked up by moving through crowds of rioters who want to drag you out of your truck and rob you and possibly kill you (like what happened during the LA riots)
The trailer would either be full of goods/survival equipment so it'd need similar protection as the cab. So I guess a general

Why is it that despite carriers being really prominent during WW2 with most naval players putting good money into R&D on them, the present situation is basically that where US has almost all carriers in service today, Japan trails it with its 4 not-carriers and the rest of the world has... basically nothing?
