my first attempt at pixel art! It's supposed to be a slime-inspired lolita dress. I'm going to gifify it eventually to make it look like it's dripping. Any recommendations on making it better?

>He's expecting me to know terminology despite the fact that he showcases gesture drawing as the first chapter in his book
>He totally removes every single helpful example and I have to resort to google to even get a glimpse of the muscle he's talking about and how it behaves
>Even tells people the fundamentals of drawing

What are some good books for learning anatomy aside from this? It was pretty good at first, but it feels rushed at critical points.

I might just be tripping on something he later reveals though, but I'm fairly certain I'll have to get more information on legs from another source immediately after I finish this book.

Hello /ic/ I'm thinking of getting a tattoo, and I have thought of a custom design.
I'm thinking of a dead tree with an eye in the middle. Surrounded by rays of sun coming out of it, sort of like the album cover of cosmogramma, and beneath the tree a simple band. I wouldn't mind a little details thrown in.
It's gonna be on my upper arm.
I suck at drawing so, Any tattoo artists willing help me out?

Does /ic/ listen to music while they do anatomical/generalized studies? Personally, I never do. It's always so distracting for me unless it's an instrumental, and even then, I feel it detracts from the information I should be memorizing.

I'm not certain though, but it certainly does make studying art more tolerable after a long day of work.
