Anyone use a mac here and do digital art? What program do you use?
>gimp doesn't recognize my tablet and all lines are fucked up
>CSP has that annoying stabilizer feature even when you turn it down to the lowest setting
CSP can turn the stabilizer off. Right click on the scale thing and click whatever the option to use actual numbers is called, then set it to 0.
And I thought macs could run photoshop?
Either way, I like sketchbook, but it's geared towards illustration and not full blown painting.

That's what I did, it's at 0. But my lines still lag behind. Maybe it's my computer not being able to keep up with the software in that case...
And I don't want to pay buckets for photoshop.

You can download CS2 for mac for free from adobe's website, you lazy nigger. Fucking google.

Gimp could actually recognize your tablet, but it loves to explicitly set all new input devices it doesn't know to disabled.

My OS version is too new for that, unfortunately.

>Can I just buy it once instead of having a BS subscription?
If you knew what they used to charge for it, you'd be glad for the subscription model.
Just out of curiosity, what do you think is so great about PS' brush engine?
Also, krita should have a mac version

I saw that you can make a one-time payment of $280-something if you have a student ID card, and it includes the whole pro package. Problem is, being said student, I don't even have that much in my bank account. I wanna save up though.
>Just out of curiosity, what do you think is so great about PS' brush engine?
Ah, it's hard to explain... But compared to the other shit I tried so far, no stabilizer built into the default brush (so I can just sketch and go, great for doodling) and the lines are soo smooth. Everything else I tried was jagged and shitty, or didn't account for pen sensitivity properly.
>Also, krita should have a mac version
Tried it, it's inferior to the linux version. If I switch to linux then I'll use krita.

>CSP has that annoying stabilizer feature even when you turn it down to the lowest setting
fucking hell, someone knows.
is there a fix for this anywhere? theres literally no documentation on clip studio paint anywhere and removing the stabilizer would really be useful.
If you're having a problem with nearly every software, it's more likely your tablet at fault.
clip paint studio for clean lineart and efficient perspective. photoshop for almost everything else.

Pirate it you double-nigger. There's cracks for CS6 on Mac, and that's literally the only program you'll ever need.
>>2688774
You must be stupid. Of course pen sensitivity normally works.

What kind of crazy physics is going on in this image?
