That's an acute spinal contortion. The way to fix this is to stand on a hard surface (not carpeted floor) and jump up with your knees locked, landing on your heels. Do this a couple of times. It will use the percussion to straighten your spine.

Works for me. Better resistance throughout the movement compared to dumbbells. Cable is superior, but I'm homegym :^(
Use cables instead
Don't see why you couldn't just do dumbbell flys, but if you can do it without feeling like the restricted movement path is unnatural for you, then it would be fine.

Rugby player from the states here trying to start programming a good preseason conditioning plan for this summer.
Right now I'm just running mad cow but starting in June/July I need to get cardio way up.
6'4'' 215lbs I sucked a lot of wind last season and lost rucks because of it I want to be in peak condition by this season.

Look into HIIT programs and incorporate Rugby-specific drills/running into it. The sprinting will be the biggest part, but adding more variety to it too will be more fun and keep you interested. I'm not super familiar with rugby or any drills that might be associated with it, so I'll leave that up to you.
It'll also better serve you than just jogging everyday for X amount of minutes because of how explosive rugby can be.
Just run bro. Read Ritchie McCaw's book, he swears by it and even after retirement he would still be one of the fittest players in the game. If it's turnovers you want then run.

You can get a decent ottermode physique through pushups, dips, chinups, and core. Legs will be shit but calisthenics really only work for upper body. Diet will be crucial to actually look good.

Yea of course man that shit ain't an option. However I didn't exceed the recommend dosage on the bottle. Like for example epistane the bottle says something like 75mg a day for a week and then 100 for 5 weeks. Most user logs online have them doing like 175mg a week for 5 weeks and using a SERM afterwards for PCT. I just followed the doage on the bottle ie super mild cycle and didn't use a SERM just overt the counter PCT, test boosters, reversitol and lean xtreme. No side effects but also like I said very modest gains for what I paid. Increased dosage means super increased risk of side effects which isn't worth it. Just roid at that point

Working on losing weight after a lifetime of being fat rn. There's really no point relying on motivation. Motivation comes and goes.
You just have to be strict with yourself. "Today I'm going to do X exercise and eat X amount of food. Regardless of how I'm feeling, how the weather is, how busy I am, etc."
Just kick your own arse into doing it.
