you box and eat clean?
>>35058706
I'm interested in finding out what his actual stats are, he's billed @ 5'11 and the movie says he's 180lbs(this could just be because he's playing a light-heavyweight. Overall though he has good genetics and is pretty lean, mirin chest and traps hard. Has a pump for most of the scenes and ultimately gets beat by a 20% BF Brit.

Is this cheekie? Don't tell cheeky, but I'd fuck her over him any day.
Who /fatbelly/ here?
>tfw been eating at a 800cal deficit for 5 months and only lost 2kg
I think you overestimated your TDEE m8
Then you haven't been eating a 800cal deficit you moron.
>>35058378
thats fluid mostly that is leaking from your liver
So why aren't you out running after Thanksgiving /fit/?
Oh yeah, because you're a fat fucking pleb who wishes he had muscles, but you just end up being obese.
The real Fitizens laugh at you.
>running
Enjoy your no gainz.
>>35058491
>not running
Enjoy your no gainz.
>>35058362
Because I run M/W/F and thanksgiving was yesterday.
>8 hours after deadlifts
SHOULDNT HAVE SKIPPED LEG DAY BRO LOL
>tfw squats the day after deadlifts
>>35058415
I did this today.
Nearly fell when I took the stairs.
But is it normal to not feel anything on my legs when I deadlift ? I'm never sore or anything the days after.
So I have been trying the intermittent fasting diet recently, which I learned of when watching some of the hodge twins videos and then doing some more research into it.
21/M 6ft, 185 lbs at the moment and I am trying cut from 18.5% BF to 10%.
I estimate that i'd only need 2,000 calories to maintain my weight, so I am only eating 1,400-1,600 a day, while trying to stay around the %40p-%40c-%20f ratio. I only eat between 12:00pm and 5:00pm, sometimes 4pm.
I go to the gym usually every day, lift 5 days a week, cardio all 7 days, and i usually stay on the treadmill on the "fat burner" program and keep my heart rate up around 175-190 for the full hour.
What do you all think? Should I do anything different?? Thanks in advance.
>>35058184
>I go to the gym usually every day
Don't do this, you need rest days senpai
>>35058212
I know what you mean, but can't it be fully beneficial when it comes to cutting if its just cardio?
Also, all opinions on this diet and lifestyle are welcome!
>>35058184
what your doing SOUNDS like a little too much imo. I'd say you need at least one rest day, but as long as you sleep a fuckton you should be ok.
I always say there's no such thing as overtraining, but only under-resting.
Im getting lightheaded when i do seep squats, what do? and i also need to take several breaths while at the top of the lift. and when is pre work out worth it? i go after school so im a lil tired.
>tfw no gf
Should I bother with forearm isolations or will they grow with my compound lifts?
>>35058178
>Should I bother with forearm isolations or will they grow with my compound lifts?
yes to both
SARM for those who don't know stands for selective androgen receptor modulator. They bind to only certain androgen receptors in the body and the idea is to mimic the anabolic effect of testosterone without the side effects.
I don't know too much about them. Purely for curiosity sake, has anyone here used them? If so, how were the results and would you recommend them to others?
>>35058126
You can take sarms if you want to
You can leave your natty card behind...
>>35058164
Lol that's fine. I just want to learn more about them.
anyone?
Thanksgiving Friday marks the start of cut season. Who's ready to get started?
>>35058110
I'm stuffing my face with pie and all the leftovers I had from yesterday right now. Shit is fantastic.
Going out partying with my bros tonight and then tomorrow I'll nurse my hangover and start work on this cut. Currently 185 including the food and water I'm holding. Goal is about 170.
I don't wanna.
But I'm getting sorta fat tbqh
Guess it's that fucking time of the year again
how is the winter cut season? I just finished cutting. I'm lean bulking so that I won't have to barely cut at all for summer. If you have to start now that doesnt make it cutting season, it just means youre on a perma-cut

Who here /comfy/ vidya after lifting? What games do you play anon?
I wish I had time, I'd be playing more fo4. I usually wake up, play with dog, lift, work, come home, sleep.
I'm currently playing Maplestory, Diablo 2, and Age of Empires 2
I used to browse /v/ 6 years ago and laugh at the nostalgia fags who would play old jrpgs even though they've all aged so shittily/become such boring fucking games and now I've lived long enough to become the villain
I just am not interested in any of the current hot MMOs. TERA was good for a bit but the community is just a toxic bunch of kids
I play osu! (No shit animu tier songs) and fo4 most of the time, i also play some tibia, but only because of nostalgia
I'm an obese fuck and I want to change that. I've been overweight most of my life but I really jumped up there after I got into an accident that left me unable to walk for about 4 months. My wrist was broken as well. I'm still not fully recovered but I can do some things. I have a small home gym with a Goldmans workout system, a stationary bike, an ab lounge, an exercise mat, and 2 dumbbells. I've changed my diet and tried to eat healthier but haven't had much time to work out yet. I'm dedicating time starting now.
What I need to know is what types of exercise I should be doing with what I have and how often and long I should be working out. I have the dedication for this and I want to transform my body completely. I could really use some support and I figured hell why not try and find some here. If you guys are interested I could post an update thread every month or week or whatever. I started at about 290 pounds and so far after just trying to eat healthy, I'm down to 265 after about a month and a half. I'm also 6 feet 3 inches tall. So my current bmi is about 33.1 just going off that...
Any help, support, or advice would mean the world to me. Thanks in advance guys.
The fucking sticky you must read
>>35057684
Read it. Still posted this. Because I need mother fucking encouragement. I'd love to see other success stories from here. And ideas on what to do that may not be there.
>>35057676
If you aren't hungry and you aren't sore every day you're doing it wrong. It's as easy as that.
CMON
>tfw you want to be a 24/7 coffee guzzling reader / programmer / learner ubernerd who works all the fucking time
>tfw your giant coffee binges affect your sleep and your body and your workout
>tfw you go in to deadlift 7 kg less than your 5 rep max, attempting to do at least 5 reps, and you can only do 2
>tfw the coffee and lack of sleep has taken its toll
>tfw you know you need to stop drinking coffee
Has anyone else had this feel? I need sleep. I need lifting. I want coffee. The answer is obvious but the "want" is actually "really really want" coffee.
Also, how the hell do people go to the gym 4+ times a week when they work 50+ hours a week AND have other significant hobbies AND a social life? It's not possible, right? Whenever someone says its possible they mention how much they read / go to the gym and it's always dilettante tier. I have no social life and don't work that much right now, but I am dreading full time work.
Wake up at 5, be productive and drink coffee until noon. Take a nap, hit the gym at 6, dinner at 8, cold bath then bed by 9:30
>the cold bath helps with sleep BIGTIME
>>35057489
Not OP, but I like the sound of that routine. Never tried a cold bath before, thanks for the tip man.
>>35057489
How does it help with sleep
