Can't sleep /fit/
and I'm hungry.
What would be good to eat late at night?
Cutting or bulking?
>>35061266
cutting not bulking this season. im fat still no point for me
donkey cum
Daily reminder that ''cardio kills gains'' is /fit/'s worst meme, along with SS+GOMAD
Pros of cardio:
>better erections
>better lifting sessions, better muscle recovery
>better looking skin
>better mood
>better stamina (better sex, better running after the nigga that stole your bike)
>better fat loss (and better aesthetics)
>better sleep
>better lungs, better all-around health
>runner's high
cons of cardio
>might make you lose some muscle mass if you run 1+ hour every single day and don't eat enough calories to compensate for the calories you used running
I hope you're talking about HIIT and not steady state. As /fit/ has already ripped apart steady state cardio.
>>35061710
Running 5-8 miles will in no way negatively impact your health, this is myth.
>>35061710
Steady state is great for cardiovascular health.
Your heart is the most important muscle in your body. Why work out every muscle except for the one that matters the most?
What was it like when you started lifting? How did you get through your hardships? motivate me bros
what program is that?
I found a partner. Feeling obligation towards a friend is pretty good motivation.
>squat less than 135 lbs
R u a hoe breh
>>35061126
Strong lifts
>>35061129
i-i'm just starting and never lifted in my life. Week 4 is finished
>Squats and oats equals big gains
Do people actually believe this?
>he doesnt squats and oats
oats are slightly overrated, but they are really good to take for breakfast and before going to the gym
squats are overrated as fuck though, if your goal is aesthetics
>>35061168
You mean if your a curl bro?You wont get aesthetic quads and glutes without squats bro.
>go on snapchat
>see normie friend who posts motivationals and CBT constantly on Instagram
>it's a recording of him about to deadlift
>doesn't start with bar on the ground, but from around his shins
>act's like it's a big deal
>does 5 reps
>posts after that the weight was 100kg
>not a eurofag so convert it
>it's literally 220lbs
Even when I was a skelly at 170 I was pulling 365 as my max. Why do normies have such shit standards?
>>35061038
It's all about that CNS brah.
>>35061038
Because they're not NEET and have other things to do besides lift constantly
>>35063654
Like what? Going to bars with friends?
Awesome life.
Is meat healthy?
Nutritious? Yes. Healthy is a subjective word.
>>35060968
>healthy is a subjective word
>>35060961
Who knows.
I don't think a life without meat is a life worth living, though.
how do I get this body type?
is it possible natty?
dont eat
maybe do a couple pushups once a week
>>35060943
what is wrong with this dudes face?
what's up with that chest tattoo?
>your parents must be related
>you must be too poor to eat properly
>you must do push-ups and crunches once or twice a week
Anybody else know the struggle of wearing glasses everyday because contacts are uncomfortable and no money/time for surgery?
>>35060925
Yes, but I don't need to wear them to see in the gym
I choose to wear them to see if anyone is 'miring
>>35060925
yes
>no money/time for surgery?
except more like scared of long term (10+ years) issues with surgery (dry eyes/glaucoma)
Shouldn't have skipped eye day
So what do yall listen to when you train, dudes, and why?
Random radio? The gym's music? White noise?
No one hate on anyone's taste or the fact that we wear headphones. It isn't necessary.
I personally listen to a lot of 2Pac and hip hop but also Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queen and a few other rock songs and of course a bit of the more modern up beat songs.
I find it helps me zone out a bit but also pumps me up between sets.
Discuss.
Nothing
>>35060783
/fit/ despises people whom listen to their own music and wear headphones
the only thing that matters is that it's music you like.
you ever go to thr gym angry, /fit/?
>gave qtest qt 3.14 ive ever seen my number a few weeks ago
>look at a picture of her for inspiration before every workout
>just found out from a friend today that she thought I was weird (probably because I was but fuck you)
>never called me, not even a text to tell me she's not interested
>happiness now converted to anger
gains increased 2x already. fuck you gabby. thanks for the lifting fuel tho. bitch.
>I-i still love you though
I never lift angry, but I train angry. Started boxing a few months ago and love letting it out on a punching bag.
>>35060757
Hell yea anon, I've been in very similar situations to you and the emotional charge helps immensely.
I try to tap in to emotions whenever possible to help fuel my lifts. Don't just stop with anger, sadness, happiness, and many more can help give you energy
Is SS+GOMAD a meme routine?
Whats the BEST routine for a beginner that will maximize them newbie gains?
You can see in his face getting sadder and sadder overtime.
>the regret
>>35060730
SS+GOMAD
Gomad is retarded. SS is good though.
New CBT since the other has slowed down
Why does my lower stomach right above my six inch punisher cave in? I'm 5'9 up to 145 from 110. I thought it would go away by now
Idk
>>35060704
cancer
>>35060704
Nice weight gain. Stats?
>hey anon, help me find my pants
help me find my chin
can I just fuck you instead?
>>35060556
You won't be needing them.
In this thread we talk about weird things that motivate us to lift. For me its the Didact. This guy is literally everything I wish I was, and really makes me wanna be better... it seems weirder typing it out
>11ft 4
>794lbs
>Immortal
>Genius

Pretty much same. But Space Marines are human and cooler.
Also this artillery piece. The shells are the size of a human.
And to get a swastika on my chest and not get stepped on.
Where were you when Omar Isuf exposed his SJW double standard kekness?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Un96H6XMmdQ
Boring and who cares about Omar.
who cares about fitness youtubers
>>35060419
