Would 100 squats, 100 sit ups, 100 press ups and a 10km run everyday actually have a significant effect on your overall strength?

Would this routine be healthy?

It's a meme with no hard science to back it up whatsoever. A doctor fag posted a study a while back confirming there is no benefit outside of introducing people to structured eating which may help them lose weight but they lose it in spite of the logic behind it. Wish I had bookmarked that study.

Worth trying if you're epileptic, though.

I ditched my gaming pc this semester to improve university life after being a life time gamer.
Gains went through the roof and uni is rocking aswell.
I really want to play videogames, its so much fun. But I know if I set up my PC again it will hurt my uni and my gains....

Can only workout 3 days a week

I have a question related to OP. I go to a college in another city and my only gym membership is in the school gym.

I go to school mon-thurs, can I make any gains working out 4 days straight and then taking off 3 consecutive days? There's no way I can bus there on the days off.
