about 5 months ago I was about 180lbs.
What can I do to get rid of this lower belly fat? It won't go away and it's annoying, only part I'm not satisfied with before I try to put on some muscle because I'm thinking it will get fatter.

Something simple, like two or three moves max.
Just to add some cardio to my workout, without going outside, I've been thinking of what I can do whilst I put on a movie or something. And I'm looking for just something simple, like jogging in place. What are the most efficient things I can add to this?

Nah, I've sort of had this problem for a long time. But the thing is, so often I feel like I do express myself and smile and have fun. I've also thought about the second point you made. People want to see you do good but not better than them basically.

It's not going to make too much of a difference if you don't notice any yourself.

Some people can smoke a bowl before training, others feel weak and shitty. I know I'm the second. It also gives me hellish panic attacks and raises my heart rate to 200-220bpm, but that's just how it effects me.
