I'm trying to push up my DB BP. My friend said a set of light Cuban rows is a good rotator cuff warmup and is actively expeditious to increasing BP. Have I been memed?

not good for benching, but great for building shoulder mass, and a good accessory to overhead press.

i do cuban press as a substitute for side laterals like 50% of my workouts.

i don't do the final press movement, though.. just the first three positions in that image.

Actually, aspartatic acid has been proved to increase test, same as zinc. Formula wise I'd go for T-UP, but the A-HD has a good score notheless.

Wanted to see if anyone has tried any of them. Please don't say "neither works" if you haven't tried them.

Anybody here follow youtube fitness channels? Would love to hear what anyone thinks about Vince G calling out Elgin.

What is the exercise you do the most during the week? If you do them all the same, pick your favourite.

Mine is the Bench Press. I actually don't like it that much, but I can't progress on that shit, so I started adding more bench days. Funnily enough, I still haven't stalled on the OHP, after 7 months.

No, its near the beginning. However, the vast majority of people can't bench 1 plate, so you're much stronger than most people.

Essentially my life is fucking falling to pieces and I need to do something to turn my life around.

I've never been more motivated to start losing weight and going to the gym but I have no idea where to start or what to do when I get there

I was just laid off construction for the 3rd year and am going to use the time off to hit the gym and get into this fitness game. I am 6 foot 3@ 185 pounds and I donno my fat% nor do I really care atm. Pos and Neg feedback welcome. Trolls will be trolls tho. This is all from construction and pushups etc every morning as my usual get ready for work routine. I eat clean 24/7 on a low carb/ carb cycling diet with high protein and fat...I dont count calories or macros. I just want peoples opinions on my base + I am bored so come at me.
