why is every ketofag either very skinny, skinnyfat or still just fat? what I've noticed is they're basically always DYEL
They also do not have diabetes. Why is that?
because nobody who trains hard does keto.
>>35146892
Fats aren't useful for anaerobic exercise, i.e. lifting. Keto is more advantageous for people who won't exercise no matter what.
Brehs I've been in a very dark place. Lift me up, please. As a former 400pounds fat fuck I've turned my life around in a year. I'm almost at my goal weight and I'm making great muscle gains, I'm also going out with girls but... From time to time I go so fucking down and I don't want that. I'm tired of falling down the abyss. Is life working towards happiness without ever reaching it? Sometimes this thoughts calms me and sometimes it gives me so much fucking anxiety. Help.
I was a summer camp counselor for a summer in the 6-9 age group, so kids who were maybe coming for the first time and staying away from their parents for 2-4 weeks at a time. Something they trained us to do was, no matter how bad of a time you're having or how sad you feel, smile and laugh about stuff, manufacture your own happiness and before you know it it's not an act anymore. Get absorbed in whatever it is you're doing and SMILE! It makes a world of difference in your outlook on life when you realize things aren't so bad; you aren't as tired as you think you are, you're not focusing on how you feel, you're just enjoying life
Tl;Dr smile regardless of how you feel and really get into whatever task you're doing and before you know it, life doesn't seem so bad man
>>35146857
T-thank you. That helps a lot.
>>35146799
There's always going to be sad moments in your life and when you are sad everything you've do has a sad filter. I find building a community of friends helps, level 2 to shitpost back and forth with when you need a quick cheer (fit doesn't count), or level 1 like your brother or dad or some shit when you are really bad. You don't necessarily need to talk about your problems, but just being near this positivity helps to shift your emotions to get rid of that filter. That's why you also shouldn't chase friends that are negative or make you feel like shit. Only hang out with people that boost you up, and try to boost them in return.
Is this guy natty? He claims he's on gear, but i don't believe him.
What do you guys think?

The only people who give a shit about bodybuilding competitions are men and other bodybuilders.
They're basically beauty pageants for men. Straight men don't really give a shit about beauty pageants, why would straight women give a shit about bodybuilding competitions?
>inb4 implying they lift for grills
pic related: The only thing that can refute my claim. Although Stacey Thompson is also a bodybuilder, so technically she falls under "men and other bodybuilders"

/fit/ usually responds to routine checks..
Are you making strength and size gains? Are you developing proportionally? If so then keep going. Your routine literally matters to no one but yourself. If you're getting pains while you lift then you need to catch that body part up before you hurt yourself. Otherwise keep at it.
>>35146048
If I wanted humor I'd just read over your routine
>Having to work for everything nature just gives some men
Being a skinny manlet is suffering.
>>35146038
Built-fat tallfag here. I've thought about this a lot lately and I've concluded that short skinny fuckers kind have it made in the long run. Less weight on your joints, longer lifespans, less work for your heart to pump blood everywhere.
Aesthetics aren't everything, familia.
at the end of the day its your hard work and attitude that makes things happen, anon
shut up and go lift, manlet

how do i avoid getting ingrown hairs when shaving with one of these?
I could just shave by hand but I'm very allergic to shaving gel, just using water works fine but it takes too much time.
by a trimmer and trim your beard to the closest it goes
you wont have a completely clean shave but it wont give you any skin irritation or ingrown hairs
>>35145900
but i look like shit with short facial hair like that, i have blonde facial hair
There's a trimmer on the back, right? Make sure to trim everything down as best as you can before moving on to the shaving head
Hey /fit/ I've been on here for a while but I've never seen anyone mention German Volume Training. What do you guys think of it? Supposed to be good for building mass.
>>35145873
Just do Sheiko
German volume training is a great way to make even the most dedicated lifters get bored enough to quit the gym.
>>35145873
It works. It's just the antithesis of the /fit/ lifting philosophy.
What preworkout you guys take and what you could recommend? I was thinking about C4 or Mesomorph/Jack3d.
breh you dont need all this shit to work out

I'm I balding at 18?
My hair is looking thinner at the front than usual, I've been under a lot of stress recently and have been using my girlfriends shampoo a lot recently, I'm I balding or I'm I just being paranoid.
I've had think hair all my life BTW.

I used to think pic related was cool but now I inwardly cringe at how dated, douchebaggy and tryhard the whole short shorts+bumbag+roids combo looks. The Zyzz pose is just the icing on the cake lol.
>>35145721
I thought that stuff was cool when Zyzz was around doing it but after he died I didn't really pay attention to it anymore.
It was just different when Zyzz was doing it for some reason you know what I mean?
It died with Zyzz, now the only people even trying it are those who copy/imitate like Jeff, that Freeze guy and a couple others. Even pectoralbrah doesn't bother with it anymore and just tries to boost his company n shit off his dead brothers fame, but I don't even think he does any of the shit he used to with the aesthetics crew
yea, most people trying to look or act like zyzz look just ridiculous
same goes with his haircut, looks like shit on 99% of the people
This guy claims cable skullcrushers/triceps extensions are superior to free weights.
