They're both, big and fat. I used to sprint in my teens and stop because of a hernia injury, got a gf, got married, started a business, etc, etc.

Honestly, it's not even so much that I'm afraid of getting even more T. Rex (though fitting in my pants is pretty nice) it's just that I don't know if I can handle the volume of a typical beginner routine.

After doing Mixed grip Deadlifts I can barely do Pull-ups or rows because one of my biceps is always weak as fuck the next hour. Should I stop using Mixed grip or is this normal?

It's not normal. You're biceps shouldn't be hurting or sore. Check your form before you tear a bicep, I've heard that's extremely painful.

I just bought a pair of Power Perfects and today was my first workout in them. Im 5'10" 158lbs and do lowbar squats. I was able to squat 210 lbs in my NB minumus but I couldnt do 185lbs with PP. They felt a lot heavier and i had to drop down to 155lbs. What the hell is going on, I thought this shit would help me sqaut more ( altough i felt particularly weak today for some reason so that might also factor into this).

Should i just stick with the shoes and progress from 155 or just stick to squatting in my NBs? I do feel more stable as in my knees or ankles dont buckle.

Lowbar works fine with raised heels, you just have to give it time. Takes a while getting used to the change of having a block under your heal. In a month you will be back squatting your old weights. The heels will make it alot easier hitting depth.

Six months of SS.

Max weight ever was 55 kilos. Currently 54, 178 cm tall.

Here are my stats, all 1RM:

DL is 85kg.
Squat is 60kg.
Bench is 45kg.
OHP is 25kg.

I've completely stalled, been like this for three months.

I have virtually no appetite. I don't know what and when to eat.
