No progress to be seen.

I don't eat enough. I can't.

I'm 120lbs right now, and I went to a chinese buffet with a freind yesterday. He's 141lbs, for reference. Both of us are 5'10.

He literally ate twice the stuff I did.

I'm so fucking weak you guys, it's laughable. Even girls eat more than me.

What should I do to drastically increase my appetite?

With my current love handles and just...well...fat, should I focus on bulking or cutting first?

It depends on your priorities.

Do you want to be strong? Or presentable naked?

The choice is obviously yours and in the long term, doesn't matter too much.

Not likely to be due to being underweight, but there's plenty of disorders related to malnutrition that could cause it. See a doctor, not /fit.

And your hairline looks fine still, but you actual hair is a whole different matter. If you're noticeably balding, embrace it, shave down to a really really short cut, and if it's not noticeably bad, just keep a normal haircut. Get rid of the jewfro.

Hey /fit/ for Christmas I'm gonna complete my home gym by buying a squat rack, barbell, and more weights.

My questions are what type of barbell should I get, is it worth buying a really good squat rack, and is there a preferred brand of weight that I should buy? Also would be helpful if I could buy all of this from Amazon.
