Any ex military here?

Civilianfag fitness question: let's say you're out in combat and you get sick, i.e. fevers/chills etc., but because you're out in combat fending for your life you can't just take a day off to recover.

What do you do? Did you do like, electrolyte packs and amphetamines?

What'd you do when you had absolutely no choice but to perform?

been doin this jam lately, a ripe banana, a giant scoop of peanut butter, two spoonfuls of chocolate nesquick, and milk. i blend it up real good in a magic bullet. shit tastes fuckin delicious.

Is this loose skin? I'm still chubby and losing weight but I want to know if this is loose skin or really just jiggly fat? I do have some stretch marks under my stomach too, like right under the gut. I can grab them and it's paper thin. Would there be a lot of loose skin left over? I'm in the push -up position

honestly this is the average sort of girl i wish i had been having one night stands with in college

I’ll start by saying that I’m incredibly new to the world of running - so any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

The Basics:

I’m taking the Cooper’s test for the fire academy. So far, I’ve failed it twice. I’ve got one more shot to do it in 2 1/2 weeks before I’m barred for an entire year. For those not familiar, the Cooper’s test consists of 25 push-ups in under a minute, 30 Sit-ups in under a minute, and a 1.5 mile run in 15:54. Easy stuff, right? That’s what I thought too. I crash during the run Every. Single. Time. Total loss of energy, then I can’t breath. And that’s even after sucking down 2 PowerGels (with some water) prior to the run and pacing myself during the push-ups and sit-ups. Pace wise, I tend to span between a 9:30 - 10:30 mile - and for those curious, breakfast that morning consisted of a banana, coffee, and about 4 ibuprofen (really bad shin splints). My run completion time this go around was 17:47. Approx 1:53 where I need it to be. What do I do? What can I do?

With Tuna, I know it's very high in protein and what not, but is it okay to eat with mayo? If not what is a good way to make a banging Tuna sandwich?

Cook all this in a pan with olive oil:
- Eggplant
- Oignon
- Garlic
- Herbs and seasoning (salt, pepper, origan or thyme)
When almost cooked, add tomato, lemon juice, and a can of tuna. Let heat up for ~1mn and add mayonnaise or cream. Let sit with low heat for 5 minutes.
You can put this in a sandwich or on a toast, I also eat it with pasta or rice and it's heaven.
