I'm a fat fuck and I want to lose weight in the most efficient way possible, without getting killed in the process, so no DNP.

I'm considering the following:
Liothyronine 25mcg /day : Boost metabolism
Stanozolol 10mg /day : Boost strengh and endurance
Modafinil 100mg /day : Reduce appetite, improve willingness to train
2 SCOOPS of isolated protein after training

My daily training will be:
30min to 1h cardio
1h Lifting

Do you think I can make it, or I should change something?

Are squats killing my knees?

Since I started doing Ass to grass squats the back of my knees is hurting a bit.
I do gym, rest, gym, rest during all week and I do squats everyday.
How should I do them to avoid this situation?

I would like to get a few other opinions on what my body fat percentage may be. I've been lifting for around a year. I am 5 foot 10. 182 pounds. I personally think it's anywhere between 18-22%

I've just been out of work and working out each body part a day (5x a week)with a fair br of volume on top of that swimming 2x a week and boxing circuit 1x.

Now I'm about to be working in construction again,long days lots of moving about so I'm going back to 3 days lifting 1 circuit 1x swimming.

For the lifting I'm thinking just doing this

A/b/a
B/a/b

Workout A
Press from Stands (out of the rack, if you prefer)
Bench Press
Two-hands Curl

B
Squat
ROW
Deadlift

Then 3x8 or this

First 3-4 months:
one set of 5 at 50%
60% x 1
70% x 1
80% x 1
4-10 singles @ 90% (“A Routineâ€)

My lifts now
Squat 110kg 5 rep max (been up to 120 but I've skipped leg day a lot lately)

>Bench press 3x5 85 but the other day I got 5 reps 100kg but my friend had the bar very light under his hands.

What's the /fit/ consensus on how much water should you drink per day?

Can drinking too much make you sweat too much, negatively affect your gains?

Can I please have some comments on this? My Goal is to mainly increase OPH and DL strenght, because I want dem broad shoulders and big upper back.

Hello men. I'm really considerating running a test cycle soon.
I don't care about mass gain etc I'm only interested in the stamina, recovery and mental aspect of it. I will have 5 weeks off work and go on holiday so i want to have a high test holiday with alot of training. How much can I expect to keep of the strength gains i've made during those weeks? It's of course highly individual but generally speaking?

I noticed the strength gains only 3 months into my cycle.

I didnt notice any recovery at all, i got sore just as much as i did natural and i pinned 500mg per week.

You dont get stamina from test, no idea where you got that from.

There is no mental aspect. You dont feel anything from test.

If you will be pinning test for 5 weeks you wont notice anything. At 5 weeks, the test is beginning to take its effect.

What should i do?

Currently on a bulk but i think that was a mistake, currently sitting on 190lbs, 6'1. Been bulking for about a month but should i Keep going or focus on losing the extra weight then start gaining some muscle?
