Anything ever worth buying is protein and creatine. Protein will help you with your diet if for any reason you are unable to maintain your regime and eat your chicken rice every hour. And creatine just works. Personally, I wouldn't ever spend any money on any other kinds of supplements, because if I want quick gains I will use stuff that really works and not those meme powders.
When it comes to manufacturer it's hard to say if it's good, ok or shitty, because the taste of product is a very individual thing. And the product quality is pretty much the same with every brand, really it's 2017 and modern factories everywhere so the product purity will be nearly the same, unless you are buying some chink fabricated garbage.
As for taste, just buy small pack and try it, ask for some samples if there are any supplement stores in your town. I'd avoid extreme flavors like coke, chocolate, fucking apple pie etc. Try vanilla, banana, maybe strawberry or watermelon (but those are rarely good). And always small packs, dude, you better off spending a bit more and buying 2 small packs with 2 different flavors than buying 1 big pack single-flavor which will make you want to vomit in 2 weeks every time you drink it.

Why cut at my TDEE? It'll take an extra 1-2 months to reach my fat-loss goal if I do that....

Anyway, i went to a dermatologist today, and she told me that i should switch my diet, since apparently a big reason for this is that my liver cant properly absorb vitamin-a and i should start eating mainly lean meats and green veggies, while avoidint stuff with high acidity like tomatoes, pork, potatoes, etc.
The problem is, that i've been on keto for the longest time and i had GREAT results because of it, do you think that the keto diet might be responsible for this shit?
