My neck cracks whenever I tuck my chin in and tilt back my head.
Is this caused by a muscle imbalance/tight muscles like shoulder popping when you have weak rotary cuff muscles?
If so which muscle should I stretch/train?
I'm really scared honestly, I'm only 18 years old and I'm really afraid that the vertebrae in my neck has worn out from working out.

You're on step one of becoming a person with chronic neck problems.
No amount of stretches or working out ever solves it. You're doomed to either take ibuprofen of have half of your days ruined by constant neck pain that eventually spreads into a headache.
Eventually you will be surprised when your neck doesn't hurt when waking up.

So I keep fit and generally eat well. I'm 26yo 99kg 177cm. Drugs have been my friends for a good decade. I'm not as young as I once was and it is inhibiting my gains so it is time to say goodbye. Everything must come to an end. I am excited about wanting to change my life but I'm also scared. What do sober people actually do? There is only so many times you can go to the gym a day. What else is there to do that can help keep me occupied that are healthy?

Been tryna to bulk but alot of times when I eat a large meal I get the feeling of puking I can resist for a few seconds but eventually I puke. This is after I have eaten the entire meal. Its really stressing me out. Shits really making me depressive. I have to put alot of fucking effort to eat an entire big meal and then that shit happens. Anyone know why this might be?
My only solution so far has been to use weight gainers and I cant even down an entire shake at once I have to split it up.

I used to do a "pancake" with protein powder, cocoa powder, eggs, oatmeal, vanilla essence, stevia. Then you can add anything on top of it. Or use a banana to give it more taste and consistency.
