I've never had what I would consider an attractive body. Growing up it was due to poor eating habits, social anxiety, depression, and a hormonal condition. Now I'm trying to erase years and years of poor habits and maybe finally become a person I can feel happy seeing in the mirror.
I think piloting a mobile suit is a much cooler reason though.
