Okay /fit/, I've been thinking: I have a tiny home gym with a bench and a few dumbbells. I'd really like to practice deadlifts and squats but currently lack the funds to get a rack, bar and plates. However, where I lack in funds, I do have an abundance of overweight family members.

For reference, today I made below and am completely content
1.5lbs 90% beef
2 cups rice
1 can black beans
Little tomato sauce
1 jar tomato sauce
Will last me 3 meals on the larger portion size
Half a dozen chicken breasts, into the crock pot with some chicken broth and whatever spices. Leave on Low all day long, at least 8+ hours.
Steam up some rice/quinoa and veggies.
Separate into individual containers, freeze. I cut up the chicken breasts a little to make them easier to reheat.
Microwave, douse with either soy sauce or sriracha.
