So I went through the sticky and really liked "Sean10mm's "Stripped" 5x5" workout but the only problem is I have no access to a weight bench. I was looking to buy a bench and some weights but a lot of the ones I see online are either fairly cheap or pretty expensive. I'm a big guy (350 lbs) so a lot of the smaller benches won't hold me plus weights. What I'm getting at is can I do bench presses without a bench? Is it okay do do them off the floor? Thanks in advance!

If you don't feel like going to the gym, just tell yourself you'll only burn like 200 cals on the elliptical. And if you don't feel like doing more you can go home.
Once you hit those 200 calories you're gonna wanna work out more. You just will because you'll get over the hard part of getting the fuck out of bed and getting to the gym. You'll be like "fuck it I'll just do a full workout" every fucking time. And if you really give up after burning 200 calories at least you got out and tried and burned 200 calories, though that's not gonna happen.
If you think "shit I really don't think I can burn 800 cals again, that shit was tough. But in reality it wasn't so bad once you got going. Gotta confuse dah brain.

You aren't going to make it without stopping eating too much. If you don't have gains, I'd suggest having a glass of milk for breakfast, a normal meal (And by normal I mean less than 600 kcal) and then a light dinner. It could be another glass of milk or something else, but keep it light. If you feel too hungry in the morning or night, redistribute your meals, but don't eat more than before in a day.
And no snacking, no soda (just drinking water, milk and maybe alcohol twice a week would be perfect), no added sugars and try to eat a lot of protein and a bit more fat, but less carbs.
