Before.
Lifting has improved my sleeping and eating habits so I'm in an overall better mood

i think ppl that lift look scary but theyre actually politer...probably has to do with confidence and lower blood pressure. and it looks obvious if youre a dick and have muscles that youre full of your self, so they pity others.
