Obviously the "cardio will short your gains" is a bit of a meme but how much cardio would be a good amount for someone on a bulk? My cardio is kinda shit and I want to improve it but I don't want to overdue it and fuck up my progress.

What cardio would you guys do while on a bulk? I'd really like to do couch to 5k but I'm worried that'd be too much.

I don't know I'm a beginner and I have been power-walking 30 mins a day.

Seems to work for bulking, but I am coming from 120 lbs -> 132+ so it's probably easier.

Going to keep bulking till like 150, hopefully I don't look super fat at that point.

What times do you anons in college lift?

I've been away from the gym in the week leading up to my first day because my lifes been hella busy but im ready to jump back in. im curious what times you guys go

, then 11am tuesday and thurs since I have a class before that.

I had the same issue. Honestly it's just repetition. Every time you catch yourself doing it make a conscious effort to correct it. Just make sure not to slack off and it'll eventually go away.

I do have a problem now of staring into the distance when I talk to people and not looking them in the eyes. Been approaching that the same way.
