If you don't feel like going to the gym, just tell yourself you'll only burn like 200 cals on the elliptical. And if you don't feel like doing more you can go home.
Once you hit those 200 calories you're gonna wanna work out more. You just will because you'll get over the hard part of getting the fuck out of bed and getting to the gym. You'll be like "fuck it I'll just do a full workout" every fucking time. And if you really give up after burning 200 calories at least you got out and tried and burned 200 calories, though that's not gonna happen.
If you think "shit I really don't think I can burn 800 cals again, that shit was tough. But in reality it wasn't so bad once you got going. Gotta confuse dah brain.
