do negatives
>>38443687
Do reverse/negative pull ups. Grab the bar and jump to the up position. Hold for as long as you can until you come down.
Rest. Repeat.
Alternatively, go to a gym that has the weighted pull up smith, and start from there

Lol
I dunno man. I started with only being able to do one. Once I could do one, I tried for two, once I could do two, I did three...
Now, 3 months later, I do 15 as warm-up, 5 one arm pull ups per arm halfway through my sets, and 10 chin-ups as my close-out.
Do 1/2 pullups until you can do real ones.
>lower self down as slowly or quickly as you'd like to, and focusing on form
>repeat
Since I finally became able to do one, it's been like riding a bike. Easily worked up to being able to do more and never lost it
I-I wonder if that's what 100 pushups is like
>>38443687

Really? I'm a fatty (6'1" 255lbs) and I can do like 4 or 5

Do pull ups whenever you can, as much as you can, not just:
>LEL, I DID PULL UPS ON MY BACK DAY, SO GOTTA REST FOR AT LEAST A WEEK
