What's your opinion on swimming? I fancy a change of pace from going to the gym all the time and with this weather I thought I'd go swimming three times a week.
Is it really that good for you? Any training routines I should know about?
I'm thinking one hour of swimming in lanes, fifteen minute break, another hour of swimming.

Anyone here swim to get fit?

I have a really bad cause of not being able to piss and went to 2 urologists who said I was completely fine. After a big research I found out that it might be because of my muscles around the pelvic area including the dick are clenched or something so I'm asking how can I relax them and be able to piss properly.

Next time you take a piss, take stock and remember how the muscles in your pelvis feel at that moment and try to keep them feeling like that even after your bladder is empty. Preferably do this in the shower. This will help you to start learning how to relax your muscles. Also, look up a picture of pelvic muscles, what you have there are bones. What you're aiming to relax is your urinary sphincter primarily.

you need to work on relaxing those muscles

begin with the following: try to hold in your poop. you are now clenching your anus. now release it. you will feel it immediately. you are now relaxing those muscles

there are several exercises (that also include ypur lega) that help you relax your pelvic floor muscles

I started a few months ago to try and get into shape. I could barely do 10 push ups, so I decided to start with body weight exercises before going to the gym. Like push ups, sit ups, pull ups, crunches, etc. A few days ago, I decided to try push ups with both elevated hands and feet. Both hands are on separate chairs and both my feet are on one chair. Basically a normal push up, except you go way deeper than you could and I have to use much more strength to do that. Now, I am a silly creature and I didn't even think if that is a good idea. Should I continue doing so? I couldn't find anything on google about it...

Sup /fit/, I'm fat and currently losing weight. What's the point of lifting if I won't gain any muscle at all cuz I'm on a defecit? I used to lift a couple years ago so idk if the whole noob gains thing will work again. Should I just stick with cardio?

I don't care what any of you say. I'm 6'0 200lbs and wouldn't even be ALLOWED to fight him because of my size. But if I was to fight him...I don't care about his skill or whatever, I have no fighting experience... but if I landed one shot flush he would hit the ground.
