Hey /fit/, It looks like my testosterone shots aren't really working anymore.
They worked very well for first week, but then gyno started so I had to take Aromasin.
Right now I'm keeping up with aromasin 12,5 mg every other day which lowered my estrogen significantly but it seems that I lost gains too.

How about you lift what you can handle? As you become more used to the added weight you can then increase weight upon that. I suggest cardio as a warm up to get you psyched up for lifting

2min walk
1/6 mile sprint & squats followed by 10-15 pushups
1min rest
Repeat steps 3-4 twice more
Then head down to the swole center for a liftapalooza.

Try leaning towards a wall at an angle and placing your feet further away from the wall to get a larger rom, as I found this helped them grow even faster.

Yes, that's generally how it's done.
I do not max, like at all. The closest I've ever gotten to maxing out is doing exercises that I can only do 2-3 times without serious form breakdown.
Even now if I seriously think I can not do at the very least 3-8 reps with it and it's not a relatively advanced calesthinics movement then I won't even bother touching the bar/dumbbell.
Anything else is asking for trouble or will get me killed.
