Guise, does Rogaine work? How about the generic brands? Thinking it may be worthwhile to start using it.
I'm 28, full head of thick hair, almost no sign of balding but I have been noticing a tiny bit of receding at the two runways flanking my dome. Is it worth adding to my routine in order to slow down any hair loss? Is it snake oil or placebo or the reel deel ladies and gentlemen?
I give it 2-4 years before I have a noticeably receding hairline. Then 8 years after that until I am balding/bald.

Yes, use a generic brand though. My hair is thicker and my receding hairline has grown back. Same with my old man who is 60. Now, of course, we've both always had naturally high hairlines so we still look like balding fucks, but less so at least.
Also, combine the treatment with scalp massages with a mix of tea-tree and castor oil. Don't use shampoos or conditioners that have silicone in them (most "volumizing" ones do).
I used this shit on my face to connect a couple patchy spots and it fuckin worked

I just take finastride. Decreases testosterone's conversion to DHT, so it protects my hairline in addition to killing off my acne, making my skin less greasy, decreases my chances for prostate cancer, and increasing the amount of free test in the blood.
Stay away if you have minor gyno, though, because it will get a lot worse. It's fine if you don't have gyno and I haven't had any problems, but if you do it will cause them to develop into actual boobs.

I was a complete loser in high school i.e. auschwitz-tier skinny, had no confidence and was so nervous I couldn't look people in the eye while talking.
Over the last couple of years I have put a lot of effort into developing myself into a more attractive person (being more outgoing, learning how to talk to people, dressing better, getting a fashionable haircut and I've also gained about 40 lbs, I'm currently 190 lbs @ 6'2).
Of course, nowadays people in general are much nicer to me and everything but during the last year or so I have noticed that girls treat me a lot different than before.
One thing that's been happening a lot recently is girls blushing when I look at them, e.g. I'm sitting on a train and a girl gets on and immediately starts blushing when she sees me. Or I see a girl looking at me from the corner of my eye and when turn to her and I look back she blushes and looks down.
This blushing thing also happens a lot with cashiers at the supermarket and stuff.
On the other hand I might be interpreting all this wrong. Like I said I used to be a complete autist in high school and I'm still learning how to behave like a normal person in some ways.
Because I was ugly for so long I just can't imagine any pretty girl finding me attractive, I feel like those years have completely fucked me up.
Can you tell if a girl finds you attractive just by how they react when you look at them?

Look up broga though I guess, maybe that, but if anything it would be more along the lines of toning and endurance.
If your squats hit a plateau, chances are yoga will fix it.

No, it will keep you flexible and it can strengthen you in ways that simple strength training will not.
However too much flexibility is a weakness when it comes to total strength.

I'm 110lbs at 5'10, and the scoobs calculator says I should bulk on 3300kcal a day, since my TDEE is 2800.
Here's the thing though: I can't eat more than 2500kcal without barfing due to eating nothing all this time during my growing years.
